Parallel lanes with a simultaneous start, mat riding and a visible finish — the highest throughput per metre of frontage in the range.
Racing slides solve a capacity problem. Because every lane launches at once, throughput scales almost directly with lane count, and a ten-lane installation clears a queue faster than any other slide type.
The secondary benefit is spectacle. The result is visible from the deck, so the attraction draws watchers as well as riders, which matters for a park designing its circulation.
