Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and follow up on it. Nothing else.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while there is an active commercial relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and warranty purposes. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Where preparing your quotation requires it — for example obtaining a manufacturer specification or a freight rate — we share only the technical details needed, not your contact information, unless you ask us to.
