Shipping and export

Container loading, export documentation and freight to your port or site.

Water park equipment is bulky, light and awkward. It prices by volume rather than weight, it nests in ways that dictate the unloading sequence at site, and the documentation has to match the destination market exactly or the container waits.

What we handle

  • Container loading and packing. Coordinated with the manufacturer to minimise volume and protect gelcoat surfaces in transit.
  • Export documentation. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading.
  • Freight arrangement to your nominated port, or to site for UAE and GCC road destinations.
  • Conformity coordination. Working with the manufacturer to obtain the certification your destination market requires.
  • Documentation handover to your customs broker or clearing agent.

What you handle

Customs clearance and duty at destination, inland transport beyond the delivery point stated in the Incoterm, and offloading at site. We can advise on all of it, but the clearance itself sits with your broker.

Incoterms

Stated explicitly on every quotation. FOB, CIF and DDP place very different obligations on you, and the difference matters most where port handling is unpredictable. If you are unsure which suits your project, ask — it is a five-minute conversation that prevents a large misunderstanding.

Consolidation

If your order is less than a container load, consolidating through Dubai is usually cheaper than shipping direct from the manufacturer. Worth asking about on smaller splash pad orders.

Conformity by destination

Saudi Arabia requires SASO via SABER. Nigeria requires SONCAP. Kenya requires KEBS PVoC. Others vary. All are obtained before shipment, and all take longer than people expect. Tell us the destination country at enquiry stage so certification runs alongside manufacture. See importing water park equipment to the UAE for the fuller picture.
