Equipment supply

Sourcing, specifying, quoting and managing the order through to shipment.

This is the core of what we do. You have a project and a plot; we source the equipment, confirm it fits, quote it delivered and manage the order through manufacture and shipment.

What is included

  • Specification. Confirming dimensions, footprint, power, flow rate and pool requirements for every item quoted.
  • Quotation in AED, with the freight component shown separately rather than buried in the unit price.
  • Technical package. Dimensional drawings and the requirements your engineer needs to design foundations, pools and plant around the equipment.
  • Manufacturer documentation. Certification and test reports we hold for the products quoted, issued with the quotation rather than after the order.
  • Order management. Drawing approval, production tracking, pre-shipment coordination.
  • Customisation. Colours, dimensions within manufacturable ranges, and theming where the manufacturer offers it.

What is not included

Civil works, pool construction, foundations, plant room construction, installation and commissioning. These are carried out by your contractor. We are a supply business and do not hold contracting capability — saying otherwise would be easy and would fail you at the point it mattered.

How pricing works

Quoted in AED. Equipment and freight shown separately. Incoterm stated explicitly on every quotation. Payment terms agreed per order and confirmed in writing before anything is manufactured.

We do not publish prices. Not to make you enquire — because a published price for equipment that ships to twelve countries with different freight, duty and certification costs would be misleading in most cases. The cost guide gives real ranges so you can budget before you enquire.

Lead times

Plan on four to six months from order to equipment on site. Manufacture is typically 6–14 weeks depending on product and theming, sea freight 3–4 weeks to the GCC and longer to African ports, plus certification and clearance. Compressing this is possible and costs money.
